Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

ZagaPrime AI Hub exists to help small business owners, freelancers, students, and workers use AI well. Be generous, be specific, be kind. Share what worked and what didn't. Assume good intent. Everything below follows from that.

• Illegal activity, or content that promotes it.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
• Spam, unsolicited promotion, pyramid or MLM recruiting, affiliate-link dumping, or repeated self-promotion outside designated threads.
• Sharing, selling, or lending your account, course access, downloads, or workbook materials.
• Scraping, crawling, bulk-downloading, or reverse-engineering the site, its content, or its AI tools; automated abuse of token-based features.
• Uploading malware, phishing links, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
• Impersonating ZagaPrime staff, other members, or any person or business.
• Posting other people's personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses) without their permission.
• Sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or content that sexualizes minors (reported to authorities immediately).
• Using AI features to generate content that is defamatory, deceptive (fake reviews, deepfakes of real people), or intended to harm.
• Attempting to bypass payment, access controls, or usage limits.

• Review AI output before you publish or act on it. You are responsible for what you do with it.
• Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information, or other people's personal data into prompts.
• Respect the usage limits and fair-use expectations of each tool; heavy automated use may be throttled.
• Disclose AI assistance where your industry, platform, or clients expect it.

• You own what you post, and you give us permission to display it within the Services (see the Terms of Service).
• Only submit tools, showcases, and reviews you have actually used, and disclose if you are affiliated with them.
• We may edit for formatting, move posts to the right category, or remove content that violates these guidelines.

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account without refund. Serious violations (fraud, threats, illegal content) are reported to the relevant authorities. To appeal a decision, email us within 14 days with the details.

To report a violation, use the report option on the post or email kzee@zagaprime.com. Reports are confidential.
