1. Educational and informational purposes
Courses, trainings, workshops, newsletters, blog posts, AI news, tool reviews, templates, and community discussions are provided for general education and information. They reflect our experience and opinions at the time of publication and may become outdated as AI tools change quickly.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Services is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or HR advice, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created. Consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before making decisions that depend on such advice — including decisions about business structure, taxes, employment, contracts, regulated data (such as health or financial data), or compliance.
3. Earnings and results disclaimer
We sometimes describe results that we, our clients, or our members have achieved — hours saved, leads generated, revenue earned. These are individual examples, not typical results, and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your outcomes depend on your business, market, skills, effort, and factors outside anyone's control, including the behavior of third-party AI tools. Any statement about potential savings or earnings is an estimate, not a guarantee.
4. AI-generated content
- AI features on the site (prompt generator, assistants, content and blog generators, workbook helpers, and news summaries) produce output automatically from third-party models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or similar to content produced for others.
- You are responsible for checking facts, rights, and suitability before you use AI output, especially in marketing, contracts, or anything customer-facing.
- Some site content (for example, daily AI news summaries and community starter posts) is generated or drafted with AI and reviewed by us; it is marked where practical.
5. Third-party tools, links, and affiliates
We review and link to third-party AI tools and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy, pricing, uptime, security, terms, or privacy practices. Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes our editorial opinion, and we disclose it in line with FTC guidance.
6. Testimonials and case studies
Testimonials reflect the real experiences of the people who gave them, sometimes edited for length and clarity. They are not representative of everyone's experience and are not a guarantee. Client names and figures in case studies are shared with permission or anonymized.
7. Done-for-you services
Automation, website, branding, and consulting engagements are scoped in a proposal and a signed Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work. Deliverables, timelines, warranties, and support are defined there. Automations depend on third-party platforms (for example, CRMs, email providers, and AI APIs) whose changes, outages, or pricing are outside our control; we build with monitoring and error handling, and our retainers exist to keep systems running as platforms evolve.
8. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep content accurate and the Services available, but we make no warranty that they are error-free or uninterrupted. See the warranty and liability sections of our Terms of Service.
